post workout diet ?

post workout i take in 50g of whey and ulta fule card drink (50g carbs) but i am dieting was wondering if i should still take in the card drink or is it making it harder to cut down. i dont finish my workout till like almost 9:00 and then try to get to be by 11. so thats alsot of carbs to take in that late, buti know i need something for post workout. what do u think?
 
If you are cutting, post workout is probably when you would want to get most of your carbs for the day, rather than any other time of the day, imo.
