This is a major symptom for me that I keep mentioning to my doctor.
I will load carbs with low gi in the morning and also eat 1 hour before the gym as well as taking creatine, go to the gym feeling ok, I will follow all the "rules" like not working out for longer than 1 hour but yet almost every time I leave the gym I will instantly feel wacked. I will feel dizzy, head ache, eye ache, just total fatigued, feeling like im not walking straight or feel off balance or zombie like. Its not even like im overtrained, I workout now 3 days per week max.
Its almost the exact way I felt years ago when I was first put on anti depression tablets.
is the gym just completely sapping all my available testosterone or what?
Current test level is 18.2 nmol (9-29) on Testogel, still a 60 year old level and im 30 but still way better than it was.
As an experiment I just slapped half a tube of Testim 1% on my nuts to see if I get and instant pick up.
