So here's the deal, back in high school (2years ago) I was a basketball player, so I was in pretty good shape, but now since I hardly play anymore and haven't ran in a while I just want to know what you guys do for cardio. Personally, I believe in going "all out" for a shorter period of time instead of going a long time at a lower speed. Suggestions, comments, personal opinions all welcomed here. Thanks a lot.
