Post Your Cardio Routine Here!

So here's the deal, back in high school (2years ago) I was a basketball player, so I was in pretty good shape, but now since I hardly play anymore and haven't ran in a while I just want to know what you guys do for cardio. Personally, I believe in going "all out" for a shorter period of time instead of going a long time at a lower speed. Suggestions, comments, personal opinions all welcomed here. Thanks a lot.
 
sex, everyother day, 5-10 min(jk) i run every morning for 20 minutes at 7am after a hot cup of coffee...heart is beating like a 13 yr old school boy and his meat
 
honestly, my daily cardio workout is goin up the damned flight of stairs all day in school...up and down about 7 flights of stairs each session..
 
Well I wasn't counting sex, but... nah but for real I heard to maximize your gains you should sepatate your lifting from your running at least 8 hours. I think this is what the Max-OT website says. Obviously, since I train the Max-OT way, this is what I do, for now. Anybody else care to chime in with their routine? Thanks in advance.

I just started doing 20 min on the elliptical in the mornings w/ nothing but a protein shake in me. Then I lift later in the evenings.
 
OK for yu guys wanting to put on size heres the deeleo on cardio. next time you go out for pizza park at leat 20 yards from the pizza joint. then walk in at a moderate pace, not too fast as we dont want to burn any muscle, and have a seat. then after you eat get the misses to drive the truck up front and pick you up. simple stuff.
 
You guys rather do the elliptical than treadmill running? Is that because it's easier on your knees or what? I feel that I get a better workout just running the good ol fashioned way.
