Ok, Im burnt right out on my old routine for legs. I made excellent gains for quite some time but I need a change. Im looking for a medium volume (4-6 sets) high intensity workout that I'll be starting today.
My last one (example leg day, once a week):
Warmups
Box Squat (455x6, 495x3)
Pause Squats (275x12)
Stiff Leg Deads (Light weight, maybe 95 x a shitload)
Really looking for some general exercise suggestions, really any ideas are welcome I just cant decide what i want to do here.
