Post your suggestion, it's leg day fellas

Ok, Im burnt right out on my old routine for legs. I made excellent gains for quite some time but I need a change. Im looking for a medium volume (4-6 sets) high intensity workout that I'll be starting today.

My last one (example leg day, once a week):
Warmups
Box Squat (455x6, 495x3)
Pause Squats (275x12)
Stiff Leg Deads (Light weight, maybe 95 x a shitload)

Really looking for some general exercise suggestions, really any ideas are welcome I just cant decide what i want to do here. :)
 
2 sets of hacks 20 reps, heavy ass weight, don't complete both sets

2 sets of back squats 12 reps don't complete all reps.

2 sets of stiffs 12 reps.

I used to love this workout.

That was the only workout that ever put any size on my legs until i started powerlifting. I was walking around in my suit today with the straps down, and looked in the mirror and was like holy shit, i actually have legs now, lol. Still no calves but whatever, lol. Just thought i would share, glad you liked the workout.

If you are looking for quad hypertrophy, try high reps on the hack. But you have to go heavy, i used to use weight i could get for like 18 and 15 to start and then i would go up when i got 2 sets of 20. I never grew big quads from squatting, probably just the way my body is levered, but they work well after the hacks and will really hit everything.
