Any one have any good ways to get ride of pot belly?
1 I never really drink beer
2 I have a clean diet
3 the way I can get rid of it is by doing 60 sit ups 3 times a day
4 looking for a better way to get rid of it :freak: because im sick of doing sit ups

Sit ups won't do anything for losing a pot belly. If anything it will make it worse because the abs the fat on your stomach grow and make your stomach look even larger. Also you cannot spot reduce fat, and for men the very last place body fat is used up is the lower abs.

Stomach vaccums are when you suck in your stomach and try to bring it as close to your spine as possible. You hold this for about 30 seconds and repeat a few times. I haven't tried them, but I've heard from others that they do help. Is your pot belly due to excess fat stores, or is your stomach protruding out? Some people will have abs that protrude out of their stomach and make them look fat even when they aren't. However, if you're 16%+ bodyfat then that is more than likely the issue.

honestly my stomach seems to be doing both. But if i do sit ups and every day and do cable C's at the gym every other day i can keep a six pack. I just feal with my diet and work out i shouldnt have to do this much work to keep my abs riped. Im about 14% bf

Then all you need is to lose a little bodyfat. Lose a few pounds and your abs will show through. Cut down on the amount of ab exercises you do and replace those exercises with sprints, squats, deads, and bench presses. You'll thank me later.

Diet and sprints! that's the killer combo, give it 10 weeks and you will know the deal!

Google sprint 8 or high intensity interval training

I forgot to add something. Intermittent fasting is also a really useful tool when dieting down. IF prevents hunger, increases GH and norepinephrine and is not very hard to follow. I've done IF and I loved it because after about 14 hours of fasting I would get this insane burst of energy and my lifts would go way up. I believe this is due to the rise in norepinephrine which I mentioned earlier. The best workouts of my life have been fasted. However I do not recommend IF when bulking or you'll feel like a bloated tick :)

i like to make intermittent fasting almost a daily thing, you skip breakfast and eat in an 8 hour window, say 11 to 7, nothing after except a protein shake. this with sprints burns the fat, but low belly and love handles have poor circulation so they are always last to go

dam...I don't know if i can fast . If i don't eat constantly i get bad head aches. I will give it a try to see what happens though. I just have really slacked on working out. I used to work out to the point I was told i am working out to much. Now I am back to the gym after 3 months off due to a new job (I had to work swing shifts). Now my schedule is back to normal and I can get back on a schedule again.

if your busy and moving around alot during the day.. intermittent fasting is very easy.. I wake late the hardest part for me is night snacking.. but honestly i do see alot of improvements with IF.. and i agree with HIIT and sprint 8's definitely a game changer when it comes to cardio.. less time and better results..
