power into DUMBELL PULLOVERS for mass

im feeling much thicker since ive been going hard on these with the big dumbell in my gym . its only 100 lbs , but i have now a dumbell i made with collars and steel pipe i cut at home to use more weight . im reallky lookin forward to increasing the poundage on these here at home now .
im postitive this is helping my triceps strenth because even with good form/focus on lats +chest i still feel the triceps .
 
If properly executed you should not feel your tris in this movement.Your arms should be locked in one position.Are your arms locked in one postion or is the hinge in your arm the elbow moving?
 
70W30 : arms are of course locked with slight elbow bend and only movement is from shoulder sockets . i guess it is because my arms remain tight when doing it also and i do these on days i train back with chest together accasionally when im mixing around my rutiens . i see how you would assume im turning it into a tri workout but it can be because i hammer chest before pullovers to i guess now that i think of it , duh to me . lol!!!:p
