Power lifting routine for arm growth?

Kind of interested in the thought of being strong as an ox

One thing I've noticed is I've never seen a powerlifter with small arms. Why is this? They all have canons for arms.

My arms are my super weak point and I've tried everything on earth to make them grow.. I'm about to hop on a 5x5 or 5/3/1 and see what happens.. Maybe I just need to bang out some heavy ass weight without isolation exercises.. anyone have thoughts on this?
 
Grounded compound exercises. DB or BB thrusters, renegade rows, manmakers, up/downs, cleans & push jerks.

The powerlifters I hang around do all these auxiliaries, to help their big three lifts.
