powerlifting diet question

6 baking taters for tomorrow with the ribeyes. and a tub of sour cream with lots of bacon bits. and just a splash of teriaki sauce to marinate those fat bitches in. had my butcher to slice them 1 1/2 inches thick. store down the road has ribeyes loins on sale every so often for 3.99. i get two when he does. and food lion had ny strips on sale for 4.99 for whole loins, i got two of those as well. they is good too. but ribeyes are better to me. mo fat. lolololol

damn i gotta go eat, this making me hungry. whers dem poke chops at?
 
i feel like doing strictly powerlifting just so I could eat like that :), and 304 isnt that the most youv weighed? If so then congrats on the gains, tiny

But where's the uni and himejako?? Or are you just holding out for all-you-can-eat in Detroit that you're under the deluded impression is on me?
 
Nice read BB, I'm a firm believer that all the stuff they add/take out of foods (hydrogenated oils, vits and stuff taken out, etc.) actually cause cancer, diabetes and various other diseases. Big buisness $$$ meds and stuff..don't want too many healthy people.
PB thats alot of food!! I think I should pl instead of being more of a bb :P I like 2 eat too. I always watched my fats pretty close too, maybe too close when bulking. Now I wanna go hit the buffett :)

couldnt tell ya. never had it checked. dont care either. you can see me in some of the clips. so your guess is as good as mine.

ok by me but im just a lowly new mod here. have to run it by stone cold. he's one of the head honchos so to speak. its been discussed numerous times but not blatantly. and i guess the context in which it is used may be a determining factor. i know its a completely natural occurance but some folks are slightly bothered by it. this board is by far one of the more liberal boards on the market. now as far as pms to me go you may finger all you like. i see the necessity in it all but then again im not the average joe. hope this helps. =0l

and btw sniffles got called out already for sharing "his view" on things. i think he teared up as you know how sesitive he is, esp since the drunken party incident when he lost his four front teeth. he may never recover from that. emotional scares just never go away. he hides it well but i can see it in his posts. these things are apparant to me, as you know

i always just took one pill (500mg) because i thought that C was one of the vitamins you shouldnt injest a large amount
 
aids in digestion after meals. collegen increases. antioxident. the list goes on and on. its just plain healthy. i take 2g 3xd normally. it may be over kill but i have read reports saying it is an optimum dose. dont feel like looking them up. you can prolly find them though. it passes fairly quickly thru the body also. so 1xd is not gonna get it done.

yeah PB enough of this study and that study. stop making it too complicated. why not just make some fancy graphs while you're at it. i just go to the gym and see what works.

no it was raw. he "claims" i was groping him whilst i was "trying" to help him into the gear. I thought he had a crotch handle inside his suit. i didnt know. he has too many issues for me. i mean there is only so much one man can do for another man. you can lead a horse to water but you cant make him float on his back. plus his false teefies fell out while i was trying to help him out of his bench shirt. i mave have bumped his lips with my groin area when he was bent over trying to pull the shirt off, i dont remeber. it all happened so fast.
