hey im currently 6'3 251 im on the leaner side i just have that little belly fat thatll never go away...i was wondering what my max bench should be ? I can rep out 500 once but if i was looking to get into powerlifting im sure it would have to be more.... im wondering at my height and weight what should i be doing ?

Thats a question only u can answer, Im 5'9 203lbs. and my max as of right now is 525 for 2. Does that mean Im stronger than u, No. Its all about technique and power, mental and physical power that is. Its the mental part that will strengthen u or hinder u!!

You should be able to find some powerlifting charts that will show a comparison of lifters (novice, advanced, etc) for weight classes and what you'd need to do to be competitive.

Powerlifting is for fun, and self challenge. Depending on what state you are in and what organization you wish to compete within, you could still take state records with a 500 raw bench. Once you train in a shirt and start optimizing FOR the shirt itself, you could be hitting 700s.

Just because you won't win a world record shouldn't stop you from doing it if you are truly interested in at least trying it once.
