hi guys looking to enter first powerlifting comp in march looking to enter unequipped deadlift single event current stats
weight 92kg age 23 deadlift 530lbs

was thinking of doing first cycle for contest should i stick to test? dont want too much extra size just strength..can get up to 100kg for my weight catergory
any help appreciated

Why don't you try your first event natural and see how well you do?

yeh could do the only thing is the organization my gym is affiliated with is a non drug tested event so i would be at a massive disadvanatge!
do you think i could do well in a natural event with my deadlift numbers? think i can increase it to 550lbs by march naturally

I think you would do really good.
You are young so you have quite a few years to start your first cycle.
Go natural and report back your results.
Good luck Bro.

Agree with RA. Also, when the time comes and it's strength you want....nothing and I mean NOTHING compares to Tren. PERIOD. Best of luck dude!

Power lifting is just another phrase for laziness... Ha.

Totally just messin, but when I used to power lift, I felt like I was in the gym for 2+ hours. Lots of rest, lots of heavy sets.

93kg with a deadlift that high is impressive, but it won't beat some of those other meat heads in there.

Though, I still agree with everybody. You can get your strength up very naturally, probably past 650lbs, unenhanced. I'd say go the natural route first. You'll be happier you did.

when u say i could get my deadlift past 650 just out of interest do u mean at my current weight or heavier?

You could definitely do it at your current weight.

Strength and size don't necessarily correlate.

I knew this guy in highschool, only 165lbs, bench pressing 315lbs. He went in the gym 3x a week, did sets of 3 on everything.

He was a strong mothafucka.
