Powertec Home Gyms

I'm in the process of building myself a dungeon in my basement and I want to add a Powertec home gym. I'm just having a hard time trying to decide between the Multi Station and the Leverage Gym. The LS seems to have an advantage of taking up less space, while the MS can handle more weight and is likely a bit more flexible. While I have enough space for the MS, it will limit what else I can put in there. The cost difference really doesn't matter to me. Have any of you guy's tried either of these? Is the MS worth the extra space it will take up?

I have had the multi-station for 7 years in my basement. It is a great piece of equipment for a home gym. It does take up a good amount of space but mine has withstood heavy use and still works great.
