congrats and its great to prove to others you can come back from some thing as debiliating as a knee sugerury. i broke my colar bone at age 15-16 and the doc told me i would never be able to lift wrestle or do just about anything that involves the use of your upper body..now to his side it was a horrible break and it didnt look good. but i said fuck it, i had a concrete wt set (wieder i think) that was sitting in a spare room collecting dust and it never looked that way b4 i broke my collar bone. so like 8 weeks or so after i was allowed to use my arm and stuff, i got pissed that the bench was dusty and i shrinking in size, so i went in to the room closed the door and started pounding out reps on the bench it was painful at first. but i havent looked back since.
