Pre-Contest, AML Gear, 3J serviced Cycle Thread

Figured I'd log my next 15 weeks cycling into a contest (IFBB) in November.

In advance, this isn't my first rodeo, I've used all these different compounds except the tren and the halo
Hence with the tren I'm using tren a, and not starting halo until well into the tren.
If I don't like the halo I'll drop it.

AML: I'd like to thank Schredder for all his help here. The guy is respectable and cares a lot. Could not ask for more in a confidant. AML runs as smooth as anything else I've used, good value for money in my opinion

3J: I paid for his services for a year but honestly used them rigorously for 3 months into Feb and haven't been as close since. I'm eating 5k calories a day and will seek his advice more soon as I need to cut. Should mention, my current avatar as at 30-July-15 is me at 85kgs last year. I'm over 15kgs heavier right now but nearly as lean. I can thank 3J for that

26 y.o
187cm tall (6'1)
101kg (~223 lbs)

The Cycle ::: All AML gear/products
Currently in week 13 of 28.3

1-4 tbol 80mg ED
1-18 EQ 1200mg
1-21 test e 500mg
1-28 mast e 800mg

22-28 test e 600mg
22-28 test p 450mg (pinned EoD)
22-28 tren a 450mg (pinned EoD)
24-28 winny 80-100mg ED (will gauge)
25-28 halo 30mg ED

Mid week 29 is the contest. Hence the days are slightly off as I'll stop pinning 6 days before contest, then run the winny and halo up until show day.

PCT: 2 weeks after the show, hence giving the test e the full 3 weeks to clear

AI: I have been using adex 0.5mg EoD up until now. Will increase as I hit week 22 with more test in my body.

Blood work: Got pre blood work, got first lot of "intra-cycle" bloods, will get new ones at week 24 and then again afterwards.

T3 and clen as needed, getting closer to the show.

Training split:
5-6 days a week

M: Legs
Tu: Chest
W: Back
Th: Shoulders
F: Arms
Sa: anything I feel I missed, or start with legs again and bring my week forward a day.

If I'm sore, I train the next body part. I listen to my body in eating and training. If I need to eat more, I eat. If I need to sleep more...I sleep more. If my body is sore then I make sure to rest that area...

Looks fantastic, but why the EQ? I'm still trying to figure out why it's so popular when the only thing I can see it benefitting would be appetite. It just seems like an athletic performance enhancer more than anything, and I would be worried about red blood cells going crazy.

Other than that, sounds like you're going to tear shit up! :bigok:

Honestly, next time I'd do deca. EQ has been great and at 300mg/mL it's very do-able per week to do 1200mg but it just isn't quite strong enough bang for buck.

However, it has made eating easy and kept me lean. Going from 3.5k to 5k calories really wasn't too hard with it. I usually feel like eating at night more than the morning as that's when I train but I near finishing work and eat massive, then finish gym and eat massive.

So in that round about way I'm saying it helps with the eating and staying lean and dry. Deca would also work but that's for next time.

did chest and then went to soccer training today. Soccer training is every Thursday so my workouts are a little rushed to make it there on time. Training goes for 2 hours.

Literally had to lie down afterwards I was that done...

Quickly go home and eat a meal, then drive out to soccer. Came home and was buggered (aussie slang for exhausted).
 
Onk: would you mind walking us through your thought process for which compounds you chose and the timing of their use in your cycle? I would love to hear what went into putting this cycle together.

Not a problem mate.

Test E - no brainer, 500mg standard, max I've done is 750mg but I prefer lower Test and higher other compounds to do the work. Less estrogen worries as well.

Test p - brought this in at the end so I can stop the test e a week earlier so it's mostly out of my system before the show. Can stop the test p 5-6 days b4 the show and then it's all out of my system. Allows for quicker PCT but also less change of holding more water. I'll also be raising my AI dosage the week of the show. Make sure no water is being held. Diuretics also help here.

Tbol - not much bloat or aromatisation here. Dbol without the side effects (nor some of the bigger gains) but that was fine with me. Synergises well with the lower test and EQ

Eq - Needs a lot to get much out of it and is a very long ester. AML's EQ is at 300mg/mL so 4mL a week isn't much to pin at E3.5D. I chose this over deca because the shutdown isn't quite as hard, because it does't aromatise as much and because I've tried deca and never EQ. A long cycle seemed to warrant EQ here. I'd probably do deca next time and dose around 1g per week.

Mast E - One of my favourite compounds. Helps slightly as an AI, helps with your aesthetic but I also wanted to run Mast e over Mast p because I wanted to know exactly what my look was going to be as I kept cutting, rather than run it for the last 8-9 weeks and be less in the dark. Bit expensive to run it that long but...you get what you pay for. Also helps increase total T so that's a win!

Tren A - First time running tren so it was always going to be ace. 450mg is a medium dosage and I do have experience with a 19-nor. I start this after soccer season ends lest my cardio suffer. If I need to use t3 then this will certainly help!

Winny - My preference over anavar for cost/benefit. As it doesn't hurt my joints, I'm fine paying less money for similar results! Will be excellent at helping me during the last few weeks as I taper of test as I can run this up to and on the show day.

Halo - Something I haven't used before. Doesn't take much for effect and not sure how much it is going to help. I've competed naturally at 5-6% bf before with only clen assistance so I'm not TOO worried about dieting down. Strength boost and increased vascularity are meant to come with use so lets see how that goes....

5x Machine shoulder press :: I have bad shoulders due to dislocations during gymnastics growing up. Need to do this
Maxed out at the machine's max weight of 140kgs. Had trouble due to doing triceps the day before....

Front BB raise

Side lat raise machine :: really love these machines...keeps you steady and great if you're worried about imperfections in form

21's of DB rear delt flys :: making sure to change grip from normal to neutral to reverse each 7 reps

3x Schredder body scrap things
grab a 30kg bar and instead of completing a normal bicep curl, raise the bar keeping it close to your body with elbows pinned to side, almost scraping your body. HARD WORK

Seated hammer curls :: My right bicep is very weak at the bottom of the stretch compared to my left so I drop weights lower and try and work this asymmetry out

Back pain from pumps? I do all my biceps work seated, it doesn't matter how good you are - standing will always involve the back to an extent.
