pre-contest cycle

Hi everyone!!
I am 17 weeks out from a show and having a had time getting my body to drop weight. I jsut had my thyroid tested four weeks after a t3 cycle and everything is normal. So, refining my diet even more and two hours of cardio per day looks like my next step. My diet has been pretty stict, I will probley need to cut out all dairy now because of the sugar and anything synthetic. My question is, I am open any supplements you would suggest for my contest preperation that will aid in fat loss. I am starting another cycle of T3 today and would like to add in a few other supps(clen, anavar, ???). Any ideas??? I need to stay on for most of these next 17 weeks. If anyone has a a really good cutting cycle id really appreciate the info!! Thank you!
 
A friend of mine is getting ready for a national show in august and she is using anavar and clen. thats all you would need to get cut up along with cardio and a good diet.
 
Gosh, T3 scares me....hehehe.
I'm always so worried about losing muscle.
I would also suggest Anavar and Clen. What type of competition is it? Bodybuilding? Fitness? Figure?
It really depends what sort of look you're going for in terms of what to use. ;)
 
It is a figure competition. I had no problem with muscle loss last cycle with t3, possibley because I accompanied it with 100mg/wk primo. I had a significant drop in body fat, now my body seems to really be holding on to fat!! hopefully this cycle of t3 along with anavar, and maybe clen?? will get me off this plateau.? what do you think about staying on for most of the next 16 weeks?
 
how long after stopping t3 should i go get my thyroid checked? 2 weeks?

so, on the cycle with t3 and primo you lost fat but put some back on? when you started to reloose it again did you do it without any supplements?

Two weeks would be a good margin. It would take that long for your thyroid to normalize in production.
-Frist cycle_Primo 100mg a week-bulking gained 10lbs muscle(hardly if any fat)
-Next started the t3 and primo together lost 5% body fat and 14lbs
after 40 days.
Training and dieting on no supplements, (training 5 days per week 1hr. cardio 5days)
gained 4lbs back, not sure if its fat or muscle??? (may have lost some muscle due to t3 in last cycle?? then put it back on)
Now, have started T3, adding Anavar and possibley some clen. Hoping to drop body fat lower. One thing i have realized is that if you are taking primo, var ect.. with t3, clen, your weight may stay the same or even fluctuate higher if your calories are sufficient for puting on some muscle.
 
I'm curious as to what your stats are and how far you need to get in the next 17 weeks.

Could you give us some backgound??
 
Iam 5'3 131 lbs 16% bf.
My weight has gone from gaining 10lbs of muscle 143lbs to 128lbs and in the last few weeks of dieting??? gained back a few lbs??
