So I have been lurking about this forum as well as a few others, researching and looking around trying to figure out what the best way I could do my 1st cycle for optimal gains with minimal sides.
Age: 24
Weight: 195
BF%: 12% (currently cutting)
Looking to gain as much strength and mass as I can without going overboard in the bf% department, though I am willing/ready to have the diet needed to get the most out of a cycle.
My cycle plan so far is a simple beginner 10 Week Cycle:
Test Enanthanate - 500mg/Week
PCT - Clomid/Nolva
On Hand - Nolva for Gyno
I was also considering getting some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) just as an extra precaution (I don't want anything to happen to my little buddies if it can be avoided lol). I have heard of using 300-500iu's every 3-5 days during cycle for this, would that be a good idea?
I'm just looking for some simple advice before I get the gear. I'm currently finishing off a cut, won't be starting the cycle for about two months just figured I'd get the specifics/research out of the way now.
