i was just wonderin on some tips to help me properly cycle. im using t400 from bd labs. im 170 and 6'3. i usually do 1cc every 3 days alternate from left shoulder, right shoulder, right glute to left glute. clearly 1cc undiluted is hell on my arms. i just read about warming it up before. how much do i heat it up to and whats the best way? also what diluters i can use? i was thinking taking it down to 1/2 cc and then diluting it. im also picking up some liquid b12 and was wondering on the proper use of that? once a week? how much? proper preperation prior to use. thanks alot and i appreciate any suggestions and opinions.
