Previous Year's Progress

[SCG2]

The first pic is actually several years old (don't laugh at my outfit, it's a football combine pic!), but is identical to what I looked like at this time last year. I was about 310 lbs, bf at least 25%. that's just a guess. other pics taken in late june of this year. 240 lbs, about 8% or so.

I had a ton of help. I was actually trying to make it on stage, but fell about 15 lbs short of where I needed to get. I'll let the individual who assisted me step forward if he feels like it.

Its really to bad we fell short of getting you on the stage but when your ready to go again your going to really make some noise.
