I had the same issue. I live in New Jersey and I couldn't go get my own bloodwork in this state. I used an address in PA and drive over the bridge and get my bloodwork done. They have never asked me for an ID. I believe that PrivateMDLabs sends instructions that an ID is not required. I have done this at least a dozen times. Give it a try.
