Progesterone Cream my wife uses, can it effect my cycle?

My wife was told she needed to use this because of elevated estrogen levels etc. She is 47, so tick-tock...
Should I stay away from this cream? I am concerned that it could have some effect on my cycle.

My fiancee takes progesterone cream to. She's 50 (looks 30). It should dry on her and be ok after a hour. I asked the doctor about the cream affecting me and she said to not worry, even if it got on my skin, it's not enough to affect me.

I have used progesterone cream for years. It's good for the prostate.

Your wife was given it bc if she has high estrogen it will cause progesterone:estrogen ratios to go off and have estrogen dominance which isn't good. Unless your progesterone levels are low there's not much use for it for you

I don't want to use it. I just was wondering if I need to avoid contact with it.
Thanks
