Hey guys , so i started a fairly slow cut since March . I was weighing around 218-220 lb when i started . Slowly been trying to lose about 1lb per week . im 29 , 5'9" training about 7 years . I just started a tren cycle 1 week ago . 500mg tren a and 500mg test e . Planning to lean out a little more . Honestly im not sure what im weighing right now because i dont like looking at the scale when i cut . If i see low numbers it realy starts to bother me so ive stopped looking for some weeks now . But any ways . Here are some before and afters .
* The way ive been cutting is just by cutting back a bit of my overall calories with smaller meals . Keeping my protein high as always , then little less overall carbs and fats in the day . In order for me to maintain a weight of 220lb i have to eat like a maniac and be full all day . So cutting for me is kind of like just eating until im satisfied.
