Ise be axin cuz if your doing like 18 sets of chest and 13 sets of bi s (I did this) u may want to address this; when I stopped the crazy volume and focused on busting ass 110 percent on the above 3 and then did 3-6 extra shaping sets..both my strength and SIZE came on quicker.
(I ll not tell the aas doses involved to get my dead over 650 at 198..suffice it to say...it was unhealthy. I would never ever do it again.)
Focus on food, sex sleep. The true anabolics.
You look great. Less is more sometimes...except food sex sleep. More is better.

Good shit man. Hardgainer myself. Early on I was slow and steady like you til I had to let the animal out. Feeling good just focusing on FOOD, FUCK, LIFT. I like to do all three at the same time too.
