Prop. veterns or whoever gives a shit

I am banned!
I recently took some of your advice and dropped the Anavar from my cycle. I have purchased 2400 mg of test prop instead and will start it in Jan. 1 I will post pics. I will inject eod. I plan on eating tons of protein and have a dilemma, I have read gear or no gear your body can only absorb only 35 to 40 grams of protein per sitting? Does this just count for the non juice monkey because it seems to me peeps on here are digesting a lot more then that( faster protein synthesis maybe). Keep in mind this is my first cycle, no one recommends just the avavar for a first timer? I hear prop isnt very easy on a virgin?

I don't doubt you read that somewhere but think about this. How many studies of protein absorption have been done on people taking steroids? Probably none.

I don't know what the exact number is that experienced guys reccomend but I definitely take in more than 40 at times.
 
i think its really up to your body imho, it will take what it needs to build and repair from how many gr's of protein you've taken in (whether its 10g or 40g or whatever), and regarding to your Q about prop, you should be fine man, the pain from it is overated, i mean if you cant handle that you really shouldnt juice at all imo
 
Hey life judge, some prop can be pretty bad but not unbearable. I just shared this in another thread about minimizing prop pain.

Prop is a bit sneaky, feels fine going in but the next day it feels like its infected. On virgin muscle it can last up to 4-5 days but after a couple pins its not so bad.

Things that can help are:
-Massaging the muscle at the injection site hard for about 10 mins after.
-pinning after showering with loose warm muscles(may bleed a bit more)
-heating the prop. in a variety of ways, my fav. is with a hairdryer.
-working the muscle group after to increase blood flow.
 
Prop sux in the beginning but is great after a little bit. I would tell ya to make sure you massage the site after you pin. Also wipe it with alcohol and let it dry before you put the pin in. Don't blow on it just let it air dry. Lastly and this is huge. If you are going to do like 500mg/w I would pin it almost everyday and not do any 2 cc pokes. For some reason 2 cc's sux like 5x worse than one. The only test I do is prop (have done them all BTW) so I am pretty versed in this one.
 
The 40-50g of protein per hour is complete bullshit.

Imagine your bodies protein intake as a bottle of water.

You drink the bottle of water and you get that small drop left at the bottom.

Thats the protein your body doesn't use.

Good luck with the prop on your first cycle.

I need to switch form Test E to Sustanon (sust) and maybe Test Suspension.
Dropped my Last Vial......Facepalm.

Hmmm, everyday eh... seems like a lot of pinning. i was thinking every 3rd day they say the half life is long enough? have you gotten any sides from any of your prop cycles?

I try to work out that hard when not blasting but theres only so much you can do. I actually started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so not coming off just coming down after.
The weight definitely goes down so I like to take advantage of multiple supersets and other stuff to increase the intensity.

As far as your original question, I think var is pretty mild and would probably be OK. But for a first cycle you'll definitely be wiser about test by running it alone.

Another question though, why am I reading that a lot of peeps are using Arimidex as well everyday when on a cycle. Guys I purchased my gear from said they dont know what there doing and that Nolva will be fine for during and after?

I'm not too well versed on Nolva because as I understand it's used primarily for post cycle therapy (pct).

The difference between the two is that Nolva is a SERM(Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) and that Arimidex is an AI(Aromatase Inhibitor).
So the Nolva just controls the action of the estrogen produced by the Aromatase Enzyme while Arimidex disables the Aromatase Enzyme thus preventing conversion of testosterone to estrogen. The main concern I've always heard of with Nolva is that when stopped you can have severe rebound because the estrogen is still in your system, it just wasn't able to bind to the receptor and produce an effect while the Nolva was acting.
A lot of people do use Nolva during cycle, and I did at one time too. I am much more successful with Arimidex because I can gauge how much I need better and if I forget to take it or don't take enough, the concequences are much less severe.

I'm sure there are much better reasons but I just don't care to know all that much about Nolva because Adex works well for me. Maybe someone else will chime in. Better yet, I think Humdiddly did a nice writeup on AI's that might come in handy.
