I'm planning my first cycle which should begin in mid-September. I'm 6'1, ~185, probably 14-16%. I hope to be at least 12% by then. Been training for 2 years seriously, 3 total. Experience with T3, low-dose DNP soon, and various PHs. What I plan to do is...
1000mg Enth Wk 1-2
500mg Enth Wk 3-8
50mg Winstrol (winny) EOD Wk 6-10
.5 A-dex ED, Nolva on hand, Clomid starting after last Winstrol (winny) inject
I'm hoping for lean gains. Plan to keep cals around 4000-4500, hope to get at least 250g of protein a day. If I do fluctuate the cals any, it will be during the 4 weeks that I introduce the Winny.
So, I have a few specific questions...
1) Should I frontload the enth, frontload something besides that (prop maybe), or not frontload at all?
2) Keep the Winstrol (winny)? Or just go with straight Test since it's my first? I added it to help cut a little toward the end.
3) Anything that I missed?
