Pros and Cons on D-bol!!!!

Daily meal program:
8:00 Protien Shake and Bowl of Oatmeal
10:00 Tuna Sandwich
11:30 Lunch Which would be meat of chicken steak tuna or salads
1:30 Protien Bar
3:30 Tuna
6:00 dinner
8:00 Workout 1.5 hr
10:00 Protien Shake


No really what I asked for, could do with more detail and weights, but looks like your not getting anywhere near enough Carbs. Follow mrfreeze982's advice and have a look in the diet forum and maybe ask in there.

Training, you've not given us any details of your training. Either post it here as I asked or post in the training forum.

Hey I'v Been Going to Gym for 3years hard but been on and off for along time im only 20 my hight is 5.7 155pounds dont know my bf% but im quite tonned and im seeing results still but need to mass gain quick im growing muscel on muscel i just want alot of mass quick :). can u tell me D'bol is good for me right now

Thats an awesome first post flip. Dig up a 4 year old thread about Dbol and make a post that makes me cross eyed trying to decipher. Listen to Zeek. Make a thread and introduce yourself.
