prostate problem or chlamydia?

A yellowish or greenish discharge sounds more like gonorrhea rather than chlamydia. The only way it could be a prostate problem is if your prostate is also infected. The infection will work its way up the urethra and go everywhere it can get to. If orally it will work its way down /either way going and doing whatever it takes to survive and multiply.
Go to the doctor. They'll probably give you a broad spectrum anitbiotic (azithromycin or doxycycline most likely) .
Few will actually do lab to see the origin of the infetion but if they do, ask for a pcr test (polymerase chain reaction) much better than the old testing gram stain proceedure;accurate even if asymptomatic. CAn be done with a urethral swab or urine collection. Note: this is for more of a reference to you when you think you've been cured but other symptoms surface later that aren't so obvious. But I'm sure with yellow puss coming out of your penise he'll just start piping you full of antibiotics.
