Mix 1 cup raw oatmeal
with 6 eggwhites
cook in pot until eggwhites are done
put in cereal bowl
add two packets splenda some cinnamon
1 cup mile about 42 gms protein and tastes AWESOME!!
For protein cereal... I usually grab some rice crispies, or cheerios... shake some protein powder up (usually with water but you can do half and half or with whole milk) and pour it on top of my cereal
