1.5 g's per lb body weight... get 75% protein from solid food... carbs are essential to growth, don't skimp on good starchy carbs 2-3x a week.
YEP!! I have at least 2-4 high carb days. Even when trimming down the ol fat I do this , diet rest of the week is not bulking diet of course.
also do not forget lots of good fats (i add olive oil to my protein drinks and most of my food)
