always split cyp. the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) should be 2x week as well. I take both Sun/Wed.

Cyp once a wk is good- the half life is 12-14 days. No need to be a pin cushion. I take mine @200mg/wk

Actually the true half-life is 5-6 days.

The "active" life is 10-12 days.
