Just an update on my cycle from PSL euro pharma line
Cycle is
500mg test e weekly
100mg npp eod
100mg mast p eod
Adex .25 eod


Feelig good. Energy is up, mood is elevated do sure, my quality of life is better haha
I've gained only 3lb but strength is up
Lack of wieght gain is due to my poor diet and possibly overtraining and neglecting rest days


But on this cycle I can hit my max lift every 24hrs I am recovering so fast so the gear is real for sure. Very please I cak say I will be a loyal customer from here on out for all my gear

I'm going to re evaluate my diet and incorporate some more rest/recover ino my split to see if I don't start outing on more mass.

One thing I can say is I am more vascuLr from the mastero Andy muscles are fuller for sure.
 
Sounds awesome. Can you expand on your cycle a little more bro? How long will you be running this? Are you doing the NPP the entire cycle ? and the mast?

Also what or how are you eating that your diet is poor? Can you provide a basic overview?

16 weeks. Switching to deca last 8 weeks. Did a few 1cc to get it built up each week and now next week I'll be on 600mg deca remaining. Second half

I think I'm just overworking my upper body as I hurt my back and just been hitting each muscle every other day. Next week I plan go get bac on legs and hit each muscle once per week.

Chest/biceps
Legs/abs
Abs/cardio
Shoulders/triceps
Back
2 rest days
This split has worked well for me as I recovered well and made gains each week
 
Why would you switch from npp to deca for the last 8 weeks? It won't be kicking in fully until around the time when you are stopping it. You should have started it from the beginning. I would just stay on NPP at this point if I were you.

Bro, you have been around long enough to know not to do npp then deca. Should have started with the deca then switched. Get more npp and use that for the entirety of your cycle. You should also know that without a good diet you're wasting gear. Come on brother.

As far as the back injury, be careful, bro. I have had back issues for a decade now because I was taught to lift by an idiot. Don't Fuck it up anymore. Avoid heavy squats and deads. Perfect form is a must!

Glad to hear you're liking it though. I get vascular on anything, but I keep my bf low year round. I'm interested to see what npp and mast stacked together would do for me....

Ya good point, I had some deca left over was gonna do 1cc of deca weekly for 4 weeks I'm conjunction with npp and the 5th week bump Down npp and raise deca up to 2.5cc 700mg deca
For last 6 weeks or so? This would put me at 20 week cycle though. I'm fine with longer cycles just have to watch my RBC which I'm about to give blood this week.
 
My diet is good but I probably need to add more.
Once I get back to old training style the gains will keep coming.
Getting me down not being able to train legs, bent over rows, t bar row and some other lifts.

I plan to add legs in but go so light like the wieght I used in middle school do that for 4 weeks then if all is good I'll bump it up to more wieght bit of course now where near what I had been doing befoore. I'll just do cardio after legs to Make up for the lack of intensity
The main thing that has slowed gains is how oftej I am training each muscle
I have been able to hit the same weight each workout so I hVent gotten weaker but that's just maintaining. When I was resting more before hitting each muscle on cycle I would make gains just about efery week
Here's what my training looked like this week
Sun-chest/tri
Mon/back/bi
Tue- shoulders-tri
Wed- cardio
Thur-chest/tri
Fri- back/shoulders/tri
Sat-rest

So I'm not feeling weaker with this but not stronger so all I can think of which I'm sure y'all will agree is I need more time between workouts
I'm gonna try to add legs in this week since I've rested my lower back for 6 weeks

Sun-chest/triceps
Mon- legs/cardio
Tues- rest/recover
Wed- shoulders/triceps
Thurs- abs/cardio
Fri- back
Sat- rest/recover or hiking

So less frequency but I have used this split in past
And my body agreed with it
