im still deciding what dosage im going to take the tne on..

ive never used the stuff before.. but im reading anywhere from 100 to 200mg pre workout.. pretty damn insane

I have used TNE at 100mg, 50mg, and 60mg. At first, my muscles were VERY sore the next two days after using 100mg, but then again I am not the largest of people. Now, my body is used to it and it is barely sore the next day after 100mg.

I suggest trying 100mg first and then increasing it to see if you notice any real difference. I prefer either 60 or 100, depending on my mood.

The gray tops are no joke. Had I tested properly, I'd guess my numbers would have been well into the 20's if not 30's. I'll be retesting them soon. Looking forward to your numbers.

I have their TNE also but have been to nervous to try it sense in not read up enough yet on how to handle the e2 spike. Looking forward to seeing how it works for you!

I take .25mg adex with every 100mg shot, but it's hard to tell how well it works unless you get blood work at just the right time. Perhaps aromasin would be a better option due to it's short half life?

Yep, 100mg is my sweet spot as well.

Just gotta keep the e2 spike under control. I typically take an extra .25 mg adex with each 100mg shot, but now I'm hearing that aromasin may be a better choice because it's faster acting.
