PSL test e/ deca/ Tbol/ Anavar (var) cycle

Damn you went and fell in love with Tbol , what's poor dbol gonna do? I guess you can be a two timing cheat! Lol Glad the Tbol is working out for you. As to continuing and skipping the var the ultimate decision is yours but remember you had a plan and a good one at that! Var n Tbol are for different goals , don't forget the ultimate goal !weeks 5-12 your gonna keep gaining!

The tbol is awesome. No sides at all. Maybe when I jump to 70 next time all my hair will drop out though!!!

Ah you can just rock a baldy like me then! Lol you might lose a little water n strength but you will gain it right back.

Shoulders were absolute agony on my last exercise, just couldn't shake the ache, as though the acid was just locked in there! Crazy. Kind of annoying as this Is my penultimate day of my 30 days of tbol.

It will be interesting to see the cross over and water retention loss. 30 days on tbol should have given you good launch pad and given good time for your lo get esters to buildup. How many pins you had now? Must be 10 by now (5 each?).

I skimmed through some of the pages, but great cycle log. I'm glad to see the starting pictures of someone with a solid foundation who is either lucky being lean or knows how to diet properly. Props.

Nah, had to work hard to put on the muscle and keep it. My natural weight is about 11 stone and am now 14 (which is about 35-40 lbs?. So it takes quite the effort to valance growth with wanting to maintain visible abs and lower bf.

18 injections in total now I think? You kinda stop counting when you become a pin cushion!

I will post photos but it is tough to see growth from my point of view. I feel more pumped and strength just gets better. Worth mentioning that I lost a few kilos when I was ill last week, so things should have been better than they are.

Just taken last of the tbol. I am in AAS mourning!!!!

Nah, had to work hard to put on the muscle and keep it. My natural weight is about 11 stone and am now 14 (which is about 35-40 lbs?. So it takes quite the effort to valance growth with wanting to maintain visible abs and lower bf.

1 stone=14 pounds. So you started cycling when you were 11 stone? Regardless, you have a better foundation than most I have seen. I know the challenge to stay lean. I'll get super fat if i'm not careful. I'm in preparation to cycle in the spring. I plan on posting a log once its finished.

But from your updated pictures, I can see a difference in fullness. Especially arms and traps. Slight change in delts. Hard to tell about your chest due to lighting, but I think you're making positive progress.

Cheers man. No, started lifting about four years ago in a consistent fashion. Slowly built over the years to just over 13 stone. Gained the rest in the past 30 days...which I guess means a decent amount of water retention although I don't feel bloated and have no puffiness at all. Time will tell

Thanks for the feedback. Chest is a major focus and lifting much heavier on core and fly exercises. Trying to be patient!

Definitely more pump on the delts (looks like a rear delt peak working up but would need better lighting) and tris and looking much more inflated. Abs will almost certainly be water retention- they'll be back!
 
Haha, I hope so man!

Increasing elbow ache at the moment. Not sure if it is heavier weights (really they are not that much heavier than usual) or if something else is going on. They are definitely more tender, for instance when driving and I glance my elbow against the arm rest it is a very noticeable feeling - almost a sting.
