Puffy Nipple Pictures? Trying to work out if they're puffy or not...

Guys,

I've been looking for pictures of puffy nipples (it's OK, I haven't got a nipple fetish, honest!) as I'm trying to work out if I have puffy nipples or not!?

My nipples look normal to me, however they're starting to get a little sensitive now. I'm not sure whether it's signs of gyno or they're just sore from jogging these past few days, i.e. joggers nipple.

Can anyone point to some pictures of puffy nipples, or describe what they should look like?

left picture are puffy.. would say that's the start of gyno.. right picture is how they should be.. visually could be different for different people I would guess..

When I say the start of gyno , it could be at an advanced stage in the picture but I've seen much worse on bodybuilders where circular lumps have grown under the nipple..

I would obviously not wait until they look like that to do something about it or take some sort of action. If they are starting to feel sensitive, it's not a good sign. I would at least run a low dose of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but that's just me.

I have got puffy nipples but no lumps.
I had them before cycle.
Is there a change is BF related?

I never had then when i was under 10% since i went up to 15% the have sprung up.
