Puffy Nipples On 2 Pumps AIFM ed - What To Do?

I'm 3 weeks into a cycle of 500 Test Enanthate & 250 Deca EW. I've been using 1 pump of AIFM twice a day. Over the past couple days I've started to develop some puffiness under my nipples. Should I simply up my dose to 2 pumps twice a day or should I do even more for a few days until the puffiness is gone?

Not enough people have done AIFM to give you good advice because it hasnt been around long enough... if someone doesnt pop in and give you advice soon then ill give you what i know... if you got nolvadex take that at 40mg a day until it subsides... or buy some arimidex or letrozole and do a search on proper dosages for that. i took .25ml of arimidex EOD with my 6 week cycle of prop and dbol and didnt notice anything as far as gyno come on, but I already have gyno so who knows?

DO not add nolvadex to a Nandrolone cycle, this can cause a worsening via upregulation of the PgR.

yes, you should increase your dose to 2 pumps twice a day, if you dont see improvement in 3-4 days then you will want to consider either increasing again or switching to letro.

there is also the nandrolone/progestin issue, you can get puffyness even on letro with progestins. though your dosage is fairly low

if you have prolactin type issues
selegiline- reccomend for most everyone anyways
cabergoline
bromocriptine- bit harsh

I am familiar with selegiline (Deprenyl) tablets as a nootropic. I know it's a selective MAO-B inhibitor when used at the normal dose of 5 mg ED. Is this the same stuff as you are talking about, or is citrate different? How does it help gyno?

Doug,
highly reccomend you consider picking up selegiline citrate, great addition.

JHMO
ill look into it, honestly b6 has been a miracle worker as far as nor sides go (for me) but thanks for the tip.

B6 didn't help me, even at dangerously high doses. Where can I get some of this Selegiline?

yes, the citrate is whats used for liquid suspensions.

it can help with gyno by suppressing prolactin.

note- again reminder- rotate sites- use at least 2 preferably 3 or more.

sites:
forearms, wrists, upper arms, outer upper abs (riblets), shins, calves, top of feet, upper outer hips, inner thighs, quads (where semi vascular).

light spot use on nipples may have benefits from anecdotal reports, though light and occasional EOD or EOOD.

Get some letrozole. It will lower your Estrogen low enough to block the production of Progestrone and Prolactin. Your messing with supps to handle Gear issues. ... the supps are just not the right strength to handle the job.

lowering estrogen does not suppress progesterone, and suppressing progesterone is actually the opposite of what you want.

letrozole does not impact prolactin.

AIFM is more potent that arimidex and aromasin, so please dont make statements for which you have no basis.

as a note- this does not mean that letro type suppression of oestrogens might not be needed merely that the above statements otherwise were incorrect.

some people certainly need that level of suppression, which can itself have quite unpleasant side effects, most dont.

though since the issues is mostly likely due to progestenic binding, even letrozole may not have effect (though all AI's will help as they down regulate PgR expression- via E suppression)

Cabergoline is good stuff bro, not that hard to find either. Bromo sucks IMO, stay away unless it is all you can get. I would up it two pumps, and see how you respond. If you are still having problems it may not be a bad idea to get some letro/aromasin as well. Get whatever will help you out! I would hold off on the nolva until you have tried everything else. Alot of things seem wrong "in theory", but have worked for me such as nolva on prolactin gyno.

I'd hope by now (5 months later) he's got the problem under control

Hey macro I would like to see some studies on AIFM this stuff sounds interesting.
