Puffy nipples on test e cycle..

Im feeling since a few days my nipples look puffy, not too much.. and i dont know why they re not itching but yet im feeling something.. im taking adex 0.25mg ed.. im in week 7 of my cycle.. whts should i do, ive been reading that taking nolvadex would take care of this problem... Is it okay to take 20 MG nolva with adex?
I'm taking 500mg test
1000iu hcg
0.25mg adex ed

My sex drive is already low in this cycle. Don't want any more complications.

my e2 went high to 65 pg/ml i used to take 0.25mg eod, upped to 0.25mg ed after 10 days my e2 dropped to 35 pg/ml.. normal range is 39.8 pg/ml..

when did you take those labs?? how far into cycle??

if those are recent your e2 is fine..

usually guys go .5mg eod... .25mg ed will not peak as high, but again if your labs are recent i think its the right dosage
