yup, i would not start at 20mg, i would start at 40-60 and when things better drop to 20 the rest of the way.

My gyno started as a small pea like mass behind my right breast, then on my left. Both became sore to the touch and grew about quarter size. I was on 20 mg of Nolv ed. I went to the doc and he prescribed Armindex at .5 mg a day along with the Nolv. In a month it was gone.
What kind of gear are you taking? That makes a difference.
