Well I was doing heavy shrugs today and dont know which rep it was but when I was done it felt like I pulled my right pec. When I touch it , it just feels soar as if I worked it hard the day before. Would it be ok to do chest say 2 days from now?

If you injured yourself take rest. It’s that simple.
It is better to miss training for a week or 2 to get some rest and let it heal, then get a serious injury and miss training for a few months.
If you really hurt yourself I dont see how you think its going to heal in 2 days. I had to go light on shrugs for about 6 weeks when I tweaked something around my left shoulder blade area, probably a nerve.

oh its definatly original, feels alot better today. Its a slight soarness as if I worked it hard the day before. As for how it happend, I think when I went to drop the wieght I kinda leaned in with it since I was wearing straps. Dont know for sure but at least its better.
