Pullin routine is working great for me

I like that routine but I can't do decline press, dips, or wide grip straight grip curls, i dont have the equipment...what could i replace those with and still be effective?

I sub incline for decline. and try an ezcurl bar. Just use a wide grip. Why can't you do them btw, what do you bench with?

not to jack this thread, but Sugar, I did what you said and left the world of the Smith machine. COuldn't believe it. Was almost as strong and it felt great after I was done. Must have been my form all those years.
