I thought this was a great article..especially for someone like me whos got a great DL (that was sarcasm case anyone was wondering lol)
anyway weve all read how WSB peeps dont deadlift to build teh deadlift..well it works for some and it doesnt workfor others..i think my problem was the complete avoidance of any DL'ing at all..and the truth is they all deadlift..
this is a fairly good way to incorporate pulling inot a WSB routine without going overboard..
Im getting on Sgt. Rocks SLDL routine like Colonic Joe is doing but im going to be doing these as my first ass't move after my ME move and ill be taking the 4 th week off and pulling for max effort on that 4th week..
