Punching

In my early teens i used to punch boxing sand bags wearing everlast gloves , and it usedto make my arms (biceps and forearms) all pumped up....but later on i joined gym ,and never ever got the chance to hit those bags..

i was watching this old flick rocky and suddenly i feel that may be i should start hitting them... its good cardio aswell isnt it?

my ques is, does punching sand bags for long lead to loss of bicep muscles??
 
I don't see how it could be catabolic if you're getting enough protein.
 
enough protein?ahh even too much protein is giving me unwanted fat these days :(
i m in a confused state...

i m 170 lbs and peeps saw my pics and told me to eat like mad..i started doing overdose of milk,beef,eggs and now i feel bloated.. :(
 
A whey shake before workout or cardio should do you straight. Is whey expensive over there or what? If so, maybe look into skim milk powder or something. Or liquid eggwhites.
 
ahh whey shake is pretty cheap but i buy online from bodybuilding.com ...
and yeh i m on nestle skimmed milk since the last 6 months 1 litre a day
 
Milk and eggs and beef is a lot more than just protein bro, protein isn't making you fat its excessive caloric consumption. Milk is LOADED with carbs and fat, and eggs and beef are loaded with fat.
 
suddenluy all over the forum all u guyz have just got negative things to say abt skimmed milk :(
