push/pull technique.. ???

I'm working out six days a week, maybe I'm over training? No energy as of late also I'm hitting it hard but I'm never sore....I'm in week 4 of my cycle trying to gain lean mass but the

At your age, i would go squat/deadlift-bench-assintance split and concentrate on getting bulk and max strentgh.

People over think it... I did the same thing for the first 5 years of my training.

I have been getting numerous comments about how thick my Chest and Back look and how much fuller all my muscles look. There is a reason for the change in my body and that is lower volume, higher intensity.
 
i was always told long ago.. that if u do 2 or more push excersizes in one day ur over training ... ex.. if ur training chest and then do tris then ur tris are being over worked..am i right?

Absolutely. Same here. I feel great too, no worry about overtraining. My training is fairly brief so I can't wait to get back for my next training session. I actually have to use self restraint and take rest days.
