hey, just wondering about push ups. im a hardgainer. would you guys recommend push ups for bulking or should i stay away from them and stick to the bench press? thanks.
alright, compound lifts. ill bring my nutrition up too. i tend to avoid squats and dead lifts but i keep reading that so many ppl swear by them to gain size. thanks for the welcome.
