pv vials undervilled ????

im 2 weeks into a prop/tren cycle, when i noticed that the prop vial looks quite low.

so today, i measure it out. I have 3.4 ml left, when I should have over 7 ml (ive only used 2.8- being it 250mg/ml)

anybody else have problems with pv ??
im kinda lost as what to do. this totally fucks my cycle up

haven't had the problem of low vials, but the sust going around is shit. 9 weeks and no strength gains....time to move on.

I believe they mean pv labz, They are a good canadian UG that usually has good prods.
