PWO protein

I know this has probably been hashed over and over again so Im sorry, Im a newbie.
I have some team skip from TP for general, throughout the day use. Does it make a good PWO protein? I've just been mixing in a banana and 1/2 cup raw oats with it for PWO. Does that work or should I be doing something else?
What would be optimal?
 
I take 2 scoops of Waxy Maise Starch immediately after the workout.

20 mins later I down a shake.
