PWO + window of opportunety

Is the PWO window of opportunety 90 minutes from when you finish ur workout?

Im currently having 75g dextrose + 50g whey protein

Then 1 hour later im continuing with normal eating plans, 50 - 70g carbs, 40g protein.

So basically im consuming a total of around 150g carbs + 80g protein within 1 hour after my workout, is this sufficiant?

Now I know you would have to see the rest of my diet but just from a PWO perspective, do you think this is enough to create that insulin spike, refil my glycogen stores, and inrease protein synthesis?

oh btw im bulking

You're doing almost ok. The insulin spike is generated by the dextrose in your pwo shake (dextrose /whey). Many articles say that relation should be 2:1 (carb/prot), and the best carbs is 50%dextrose 50%maltodextrine, but anyway, your shake is pretty ok.
The PPWO meal should be a complete meal (food). Maybe you should try eating some more for ppwo. Carbs here should be slow burning. Best protein here is from foods (meat is the king). If you can't have food here, make a oatmeal/whey shake (100 gr carbs 50 gr prot).

I asked fro dextrose @ vitamin shoppe and they said they dont sell that kind of stuff. Dunno if he knew what it was. Where u guys buy yours in the U.S?
