quad injection problem

so i injected into my quad, proper position, aspertated...but my leg stiffened up real bad..it hurts to walk..(250 test e)..ive only ever had problems the next day

If it continues to be a problem and effects your workouts, add a little sterile oil to your shot.

its normal bro, dont worry about it
....a friend of mine even went to the ER, but they did NOT pitty him when he told what happened they just send him home with a "give it time" remark!

its feeling a bit better but glutes and delts were no where near this painful..thanks guys for your help
