quad injection

I injected into my quad for the first time today....as the needle went in the muscle twitched.....havent had this in my delts b4 so was wondering if thats a normal reaction the muscle may have?

nothing to it . you didnt inject into the leg when you had any weight on it did you ?

nah i was seated with my leg relaxed at the time of injection.

twitch is normal..wait til you nick a nerve in the quad...YOW

I do quads all the time and 1/10 is a twitcher. Usually the last portion of the injection.

yeh, i've a twitch before, no problem. Those nerves though....those fuckers sting

probably wasnt a great idea to workout legs the day of the injection....pretty sore and geting random twitches.

i did yesterday....injection leg is pretty stiff today

i workout at 2 gyms and only do leg press at one of the 2. At what weight would you think about wrapping your knees on the leg press machine?

i did eight plates on each side last night and i don't use wraps.

yeah i did 10 on each side with no wraps but i am thinking about it very soon.
