Quad Injection

Sooo I'm thinking maybe I can't inject in my quads after all... I hit a nerve 3 different times tonight... Was terrified for another hour & finally injected with a slin pin in my arm later with success... wtf

Doesnt that piss you off when you do that? Painful irritating little pricks they are and each time significantly dulls the needle.

It's the strangest amount of discomfort... I just feels so unnatural...

quad injections are just as good as any. I once read glutes are optimal for IM however i dont think there is any quantifiable difference between quad and glutes

with quad ... you inject about a hands with above the knee ... and [you split your quad in half with imaginary line] you inject it into the outer half of this line... towards outside of body.

does this make sense

how did you know you hit nerve from all the pain? or did you daw any blood when aspirating ? just curious

^When I hit a nerve in my shoulder it acted as if it was getting shocked by electricity, as much as it sucked, it was pretty cool, lol.
