Question about a cycle...for a friend

I have a buddy who has runned a cycle before this but..we have a slight issue, he paid for all his stuff but it's been three months. So we are starting fresh. Here is what he will run, we need a source though. Just wanting some ideas on how this would look, just looking for input.

2cc's test / week
2cc's turinabol / week
140mg dbol / week

PCT

clomid
nolvadex
HCG.
