question about gh sides???

I've been running jintropin first at 2iu for 3 weeks, then 3iu for 3 weeks, now its been a few days at 4iu. I've been getting the wrist pain, nothing crazy though, but now my hands keep going numb, basically a pins and needles kind of thing. To my knowlege this is normal, but my question is what about the gh is it that causes these sides. I cant for the life of me figure out why it would make my hands go numb?

A friend of mine came across someone who ran it for 4 years, once he stopped it all kinds of joint problems showed up. I have to guess that this was bone/joint growth and thusly damage from increased friction?

I dont have first hand experience though, too small to consider GH just yet.

Numbness in the hands I thought was growth of the tendons that pass through the carpel tunnel?

I have no idea, I've only been on for 6 weeks, really noticed the numb hands in the last few days...at least i know my gh kicks ass

I have never run GH and probably will not any time soon if ever, but I remember rugger telling me the exact same thing. I think it is a common side effect.

use common sense and bring down the dosage until the numbness and negative effects you're experiencing goes away. if you're up 4 IU's cut it down to 2 IU's. remember that GH is effective when used long term and not when used at higher dosage. you should listen to your body and not consider accepting unnecessary pain as part of building muscles. the discomfort is just your body telling you to quit abusing it and make changes accordingly. sometimes we all get caught up on what everyone is claiming as the right amount of dosage when using GH when the truth is, everyone is different so again "listen to your body"!

One theory is that GH causes hypertrophy of connective tissue, and in vulnerable areas, such as the carpal tunnel, nerve compression can occur. It is the medican nerve (which enervates the thumb and forefinger, and maybe the middle finger) that runs through the carpal tunnel, NOT the tendons, that is the culprit.
Needsize, is it all the fingers or just the ones I mentioned?

The ulnar nerve = pinky and 1/2 of ring figer
median nerve = the other fingers

Hey, it help to pay attention in class :D

did you miss the part where I said I started at 2iu and have slowly been working my way up. The numbness started at 3iu, and its not pain, just a slight discomfort

buffdoc, its mostly those fingers, but I can feel some pins and needles in pretty much all the fingers except the little one

ns, i had it real bad in my right hand and now it has switched to my left, they both go numb but the laft hand wakes me up in the middle of the night cause its actually very painful.

i sit up at the edge of the bed shake my hands-- it goes away for a few hours then have to do it all again.

shit sitting down holding a fork to eat becomes a chore.

but will live with it.;)

im using 6iu/ed and my wrists hurt for a week or so and it seems to be getting better. my elbows were killing me too. i guess your body has to get used to it. ive only been on for 1 month. Like Needsize said, at least i know its good shit.

damn house, glad its not that bad for me, yet at least. I can out up with a whole lot though if it helps me to grow

to respond to your answer, yes it is definitely the gh that is causing these effects. these effects exists because gh does increase water retention in the joints areas. since there really hasn't been that much detailed case analysis to why these side effects occurs on normal "healthy" gh users, i can only imagine that these joint pain maybe due to some form of very light acromegaly where bone length or width slowly grows. remember that when using regular gears, you don't get these effects right? though gh is the "safest" sups out there, it doesn't mean that it is the recommended sups for "you". i would be just a little scared if i noticed these effects when using gh.
